Tsukinoki

1. 取得する情報

Tsukinoki（以下「当方」）は、iOS アプリ「うちのこみんか」（以下「本アプリ」）で次の情報を取り扱います。本アプリは氏名やメールアドレスなどの登録を求めません。

• 利用者が選んだ猫の写真
• 写真から生成したキャラクター画像
• 端末ごとに自動発行される匿名の識別子
• アプリ内課金の購入記録（決済は Apple が行い、当方はカード情報を受け取りません）
• 広告の表示や不具合の把握のための端末情報（機種、OS のバージョン、言語、おおよその地域）と利用状況

2. 利用目的

• 写真は、キャラクター画像を生成するためだけに使います。写真そのものは保存しません。
• 生成したキャラクター画像と購入記録は、機種変更や再インストール後に復元するために保存します。
• 端末情報と利用状況は、広告の表示、不具合の修正、機能の改善に使います。

写真を当方や第三者の AI モデルの学習に利用することはありません。

3. 外部サービスの利用

本アプリは、Google（Firebase、AdMob）、Apple（アプリ内課金）、および画像生成のための外部サービスを利用しており、上記の情報はこれらの事業者で処理されます。いずれも海外に拠点があるため、情報は日本国外で処理されることがあります。当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。

4. 広告

本アプリは Google AdMob による、利用者が自分で選んで視聴するリワード広告を表示します。本アプリは App Tracking Transparency による追跡の許可を求めず、広告識別子（IDFA）を利用しません。Google の広告における情報の扱いは Google のポリシー をご覧ください。

5. 保存期間と削除

キャラクター画像は、利用者が本アプリ内でキャラクターを削除するまで保存し、削除と同時に消去します。端末情報と利用状況は、利用する外部サービスの標準的な保存期間に従います。匿名の識別子に紐づくデータの削除を希望される場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。

6. お子様の利用について

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、法令やサービスの変更に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更は本アプリまたは本ページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy for Uchinoko Minka

Effective date: September 4, 2026

Tsukinoki ("we") handles the following information in the iOS app Uchinoko Minka (the "App"). The App does not ask for your name, email address or other registration details.

• Photos of your cat that you select
• Character images generated from those photos
• An anonymous identifier issued automatically per device
• In-app purchase records (payments are processed by Apple; we never receive card details)
• Device information (model, OS version, language, approximate region) and usage data for serving ads and fixing problems

How we use it

• Photos are used only to generate your character images and are not stored.
• Generated character images and purchase records are stored so they can be restored after a device change or reinstall.
• Device information and usage data are used to show ads, fix bugs and improve the App.

Your photos are not used to train our or any third party's AI models.

Third-party services

The App uses Google (Firebase, AdMob), Apple (in-app purchases) and an external image generation service, which process the information above. These providers are based outside Japan, so information may be processed abroad. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.

Advertising

The App shows rewarded ads through Google AdMob that you choose to watch. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). See Google's policies for how Google handles information in advertising.

Retention and deletion

Character images are kept until you delete the character in the App, and are removed at that time. Device information and usage data follow the standard retention periods of the services we use. To request deletion of data linked to your anonymous identifier, contact us below.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact
